Many people have begun to connect online, and the recent COVID-19 outbreak has increased tremendously the use of online communication tools worldwide. The senior community is not an exception!
Today we will dive a bit into a specific form of communication:

GOAL: Drafting Emails with proper structure and etiquette. | |
Activity/quiz related to the topics discussed during the workshop | |
Computer or laptop or participants' smartphones with internet access and internet connection | |
There will be a facilitator for the activity to help seniors log in to the game. | |
This activity can be developed online or in person. |
